Jeff and Lee did a fantastic job installing and supporting our conversion of a bonus room to a home theater. The price for components was competitive and the installation much cheaper and much more comprehensive than the big box guys. Everything from initial consultation to the all inclusive installation (electrical work, in wall and ceiling audio, rack mounted components, motorized screen and control system) was just outstanding. You would never guess it was a remodel. Highly recommended.

Dr. Jeff has once again diagnosed the problem without having to lay eyes on the equipment. I took his advice and popped the battery out. Low and behold when I placed it back in it had a 100% charge and now no longer needs the weight of a candle placed on top of it to charge. Now that's telephone triage at it's finest.
